摘要

面向基础薄弱学生,如何有效开展教学是一个值得研究的课题.在教育人才"组团式"帮扶工作开展中,针对基础薄弱学生的教学从"降重心实现精准教学,重落实保障教学效果,适探究促进思维发展,融关爱激发学习兴趣"等四个方面进行探索,效果显著.这一系列创新实践始终关注学生发展,有利于改善教学行为,激发学生学习兴趣,确保学生能学善学,逐步发展学生能力,逐步提升了教学效果.

Abstract

How to effectively carry out teaching for students with weak foundations is a topic worthy of research.In the implementation of the"group based"assistance work for educational talents,the teaching of students with weak foundations has been explored from four aspects of reducing the focus to achieve precise teaching,emphasizing the implementation to ensure teaching effectiveness,exploring and promoting thinking development,and integrating care to stimulate learning interest.The results have been significant.This innovative practice always focuses on student development,which is conducive to improving teaching behavior,stimulating students'interest in learning,ensuring that students can learn well,gradually developing students'abilities,and gradually improving teaching effectiveness.
