摘要

教育评价重在发挥引领和指导作用.东北育才学校构建"DIAMOND"一体化教育评价模式,以期更好地满足学生个性化需求,培育超常儿童的核心素养.该模式综合性强,全面覆盖学习能力、生活技能、情感态度等方面;兼具科学性和实用性,能够客观反映学生的素质水平,从育人目标、甄别与选拔、培养与反馈等方面落实过程性评价.学校积累了丰富的实践案例,为超常儿童的特长发挥、天性保留、潜能激发、长足发展提供了空间.

Abstract

Education evaluation focuses on playing a leading and guiding role.Schools explore the core competencies of gifted children and construct an integrated education evaluation model called"DIAMOND"to better meet the personalized needs of students.This model has strong comprehensiveness and comprehensively covers aspects such as learning ability,life skills,emotional attitudes,etc.Combining scientificity and practicality,it can objectively reflect the quality level of students,implement process evaluation from the aspects of educational goals,screening and selection,cultivation and feedback,and accumulate rich practical cases,providing space for the special talents,nature preservation,potential stimulation,and long-term development of gifted children.
