The development and design of value-added evaluation system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on IEO model
College students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship.The value-added evaluation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become a hot spot in the evaluation reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era.It is urgent to develop and design the value-added evaluation system of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Firstly,based on the research review and the Astin IEO theoretical model,a value-added evaluation system is developed from the "input—environment—output" framework,which includes individual student factors (I),school environmental factors (E),and university students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability (O); Secondly,through factor analysis,it was confirmed that the influencing factors of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability include two primary indicators,namely individual student factors and school environmental factors,and 14 secondary indicators.College students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability includes four primary indicators,namely entrepreneurial management ability,innovative creativity ability,entrepreneurial ability,and entrepreneurial crisis response ability,and 30 secondary indicators; Finally,based on relevant analysis,a basic system for evaluating the value-added of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities is designed.This study provides a useful reference for colleges and universities to carry out value-added evaluation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and deepen the evaluation reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era.
