A study on evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities based on key competences
Evaluation is a necessary condition for improving and enhancing the quality and effect of education.There are relatively few stipulations in government policy texts relevant to the evaluation standards of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and how to construct the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a hot issue in academic circles.Due to the neglect of theoretical foundation research,the evaluation systems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the existing studies still have some problems,such as attaching importance to process evaluation and explicit indicators,ignoring result evaluation and implicit indicators,and lack of operability.The evaluation of education quality based on key competences has become a hot topic to international organizations,government and academic circles in recent years.Referring to the EU key competences framework,this paper selects and defines four dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship key competences,namely entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills.On this basis,the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed,so as to provide reference for educational administrative departments to formulate scientific and reasonable national evaluation standards of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
