On the current status,hot topics and frontier analysis of graduate employment research in China: Based on CiteSpace bibliometric analysis
In order to further explore the development of graduate employment's present research situation,hot topics and development direction,this paper selects 176 CSSCI high quality research papers from 2003 to 2023 in CNKI as the research object and uses CiteSpace6.2.R4 information visualization software as the research tool to make knowledge maps and make some analysis in terms of the number of published papers,authors,keywords co-occurrence,keywords clustering and so on.The results show that the research on graduate employment is still in the preliminary stage; There are many hot topics,and concentrated; The main line of the research is clear,and the relevant research is gradually going deep,and the chronergy is strong.However,there are still some research shortcomings.In the future research,we should examine and explore graduate employment research in the overall development of graduate education; strive to realize cross-regional research and strengthen cooperation and exchange to promote the output of high-quality results; and keep up with the research hot topics and frontier directions in the field of graduate employment to enrich the research results is also necessary.
