"专创融合"视域下高校金融科技专业教学创新与实践探析

首先梳理了"专创融合"教育的内涵、发展阶段及实施方案.接着对"专创融合"教育的发展现状进行分析,发现当前"专创融合"教育存在的问题主要有:学生普遍缺乏学习的主动性、"双创"教育与专业教育脱节、学生进行创新创业实践存在困难,其原因包括"双创"课程与专业课程耦合度低及教学过程重理论、轻实践等.最后,提出高校金融科技专业"专创融合"教学体系的发展路径,即从课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、实践平台构建、教学资源整合等四个方面着力,建立"双师"合作模式、"校企行政"多方协同机制和全方位的教学资源库等.
Exploration of teaching innovation and practice of financial technology specialty in universities from the perspective of "specialization and innovation integration"
First,this paper sorts out the connotation,development stage and implementation of "specialty and innovation integration" education,and then analyzes the current situation of the development of "specialty and innovation integration" education.It discovers that the main problems of the current education of specialty and innovation integration include: students' lack of learning initiative,the disconnection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and the difficulties of students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice,which are caused by the low coupling between innovation and entrepreneurship courses and professional courses,as well as the emphasis on theories while underestimating practice in the teaching process,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the development path of "specialty and innovation integration" teaching system from the four aspects: the establishment of curriculum,faculty construction,practice platform construction and teaching resources integration,with the establishment of "dual-teacher" cooperation mode,"school-corporation-industry-government" multi-party synergy mechanism,and the construction of an all-around teaching resource bank.
