The "Three All-Round Education" characteristic innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model is a new type of talent training model guided by innovation and entrepreneurship,which is proposed to adapt to new stages and new tasks.Its construction and practice aims to solve the current problems of lack of coherence in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities,disconnection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional practice teaching,unreasonable structure of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team,and lack of effective internal and external communication mechanism in innovation and entrepreneurship education by implementing a "three in one" innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,a "three courses in one" innovation and entrepreneurship practical training system,a "three steps in one" innovation and entrepreneurship practical training system,a "three systems in one" innovation and entrepreneurship practical training system,as well as a collaborative mechanism of multiple departments in teaching and practice and a flexible evaluation mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation,thus ultimately enhances the ability and effectiveness of application-oriented local universities in serving the society.
