工业工程专业是"新工科"建设的重点专业之一,工业工程专业人才培育必须以"新工科"提出的高素质复合型人才培养要求为目标.以工业工程专业学科竞赛为切入点,基于对往届学科竞赛优秀作品和成果的调查分析,构建工业工程学科竞赛的能力需求矩阵,挖掘工业工程专业教学存在的共性问题,并依托SMART原则构建学科竞赛能力提升路径,形成"以赛促教、以赛促学"的教学模式,以培养专业能力突出、创新能力强的高素质复合型人才.
The path of improving the ability of industrial engineering discipline competition
Industrial engineering is one of the key specialties in the construction of "new engineering",and the cultivation of talents for industrial engineering must be based on the requirements of "new engineering".Based on the investigation and analysis of the outstanding works and achievements of the previous discipline competitions,this paper constructs the ability demand matrix of industrial engineering discipline competitions,explores the common problems existing in the teaching of industrial engineering majors.While relying on the SMART principle to build a path for improving discipline competition ability,it forms a teaching model of "promoting teaching by competition and learning by competition" so as to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents with outstanding professional ability and innovation ability.
