On the problems and countermeasures of the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges
The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era is an urgent requirement for cultivating creative workers,an inevitable trend of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges,and a realistic way for higher vocational students to achieve all-round development.At present,the integration still has the realistic difficulties of lagging ideas,lack of practice platform and collaborative education.To solve this dilemma,we can explore the practical path of promoting the deep integration from four aspects: deepening cognition of integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,building practical system,creating a favorable environment,and consolidating security,thus to lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
