An analysis on Australia's entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurship ecosystem——Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial ecosystem
Innovation,entrepreneurship and creation can generate new supply,release new demand and stimulate new vitality for economic and social development.To ensure the steady development of innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the ability of employment and entrepreneurship is an important issue for high-quality development.Taking Australia as a case study,and from the perspective of entrepreneurial ecosystem,this paper examines the entrepreneurship policies and practices.It summarizes the current state of self-employment and entrepreneurship in Australia,lists strategies and policies to advance entrepreneurship,and evaluates the efforts and accomplishments of the Australian government,enterprises and the market in promoting entrepreneurial activities from four dimensions as education and training,entrepreneurial services,business development,and rights protection.Based on the analysis of entrepreneurship in Australia and understanding of the conditions in China,it proposes three policy recommendations: firstly,to promote entrepreneurship education by building free and open entrepreneurship courses; secondly,to establish a support system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and encourage entrepreneurship among young people; lastly,to create a social atmosphere that fosters respect for entrepreneurship and high-tech entrepreneurship.
