创新创业在线学习"We"模式的设计与优化研究

技术的发展使在线教学成为创新创业教育最重要的教学手段之一.针对在线学习过程中存在的知识诅咒、记忆无痕迹、缺乏良性互动等问题,构建了从单向型的"Me"学习模式转向具有双向型和多向型特征的"We"学习模式,引导学生课前、课中和课后积极参与课程建设与课程讨论,并提出创造在线学习的"We"氛围、提升教师教学能力、提高学生个人素质等策略,以实现"我要学""我乐学"的学习效果.
Research on "We" model design and optimization of online innovation and entrepreneurship learning
With the development of technology,online teaching has become one of the most important teaching methods for innovation and entrepreneurship education. In order to solve some online learning problems,such as knowledge curse,memory without trace,and lack of positive interaction,this paper builds study framework from one-way "Me" learning model to two-way and multi-way "We" learning model,guides students to participate in curricula construction and curricula discussion before class,during class and after classes;provides corresponding strategies including creating "We" atmosphere of online learning,improving teachers' teaching ability,improving students' individual quality to achieve the learning effect of "I want to learn" and "I enjoy learning".
