多模型耦合构建海南自贸港创新生态系统的策略分析——来自邻岛新加坡的经验启示

基于自贸港视角的创新生态系统构成主体、相互关系、耦合路径,类比新加坡的经验证据,使用熵权法、灰色关联法、耦合协调度模型法以及机器学习评估法进行逐级深入研究,分析创新生态系统构建水平与"政产学研金服用"七大主体发展指标的相关关系,证明了产业链是多螺旋中关联度最高的主体,为构建新型创新生态系统提供借鉴和参考.建议海南自贸港在布局自身产业链时注意构建本土特色创新生态系统,同时积极利用粤港澳大湾区、东南亚各国优势资源进行联动发展,将优化产业链结构作为绝对重点环节,实现经济发展的最优解.
Strategic analysis of Hainan free trade port's coupling multi-model construction of innovation ecosystem——From the experience of Singapore
This article analogizes empirical evidence from Singapore based on the components,interrelationships,and coupling paths of the innovation ecosystem from the perspective of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Using the entropy weight method,grey correlation method,coupling coordination model method and machine learning evaluation method for in-depth research step by step,it finds the correlation between the level of innovation ecosystem construction and the development indicators of the seven major subjects of 'government,industry,academia,research,finance and service'. Furthermore,it proves that the industrial chain is the subject with the highest correlation in the multi-helix. It is recommended that the Hainan Free Trade Port should pay attention to building a local innovation ecosystem when laying out its own industrial chain,and actively use the advantageous resources of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asian countries for interactive development via focusing on optimizing the industrial chain structure.
