This paper proceeds from practical considerations. Initially,it analyzes the challenges encountered in the application of virtual simulation technology to foreign language experimental teaching. Subsequently,it designs a virtual simulation platform equipped with a personalized and diversified evaluation engine. This platform serves to investigate innovative foreign language teaching models,thereby enhancing students' personalized learning abilities. Furthermore,it constructs the development of high-quality foreign language virtual simulation experimental course resources and enhances their sharing capabilities. Ultimately,which offers insights into cultivating high-level,innovative foreign language talents within the context of New Liberal Arts.
