Practice and exploration of collaborative education in labor education and ideological and political education
In response to the pain points and difficulties such as the emphasis on theory over practice in ideological and political education,the lack of educational outcomes in labor education,the singularity of educational carriers,and the disconnection of resources between general education and vocational education,higher vocational colleges should adhere to the basic principle of "cultivating the spirit of model workers,the spirit of labor,and the spirit of craftsmanship". Through systematic integration,we should explore teaching in talent training programs,curriculum systems,resource construction,learning evaluation,and other aspects. We actively construct the teaching model of "Collaborative Education in Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education" in the hope of forming the educational pattern of the "Great Ideological and Political Curriculum" that cultivates morality and combines morality and skill:that is,to build an interconnected and integrated "large platform" for education,a "large classroom" for education that is jointly discussed,built,and shared,and a "unified" educational practice that moves in the same direction and creates together.
