Building the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in Chinese universities:A Grounded theory-based multi-case analysis
In the context of globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is crucial for cultivating composite talents with innovative thinking and interdisciplinary integration capabilities.This article focuses on six top universities in China,such as Tsinghua University and Peking University,employing a multi-case analysis method to scrutinize the construction and implementation experience of their innovative entrepreneurship education ecosystem.Based on the cultural atmosphere,curriculum system,core subjects,and basic platform identified by Grounded theory,as well as the intertwined elements of cultural atmosphere,organizational collaboration,theoretical teaching,practical operations,teacher resources,university governance,policy environment,corporate factors,and alumni networks,a Chinese university innovative entrepreneurship education ecosystem is constructed.The study offers recommendations for optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in Chinese universities in four key dimensions:fostering innovation culture,integrating curriculum resources,strengthening faculty development,and expanding cooperation networks.
