Psychological distress and adjustment strategies for college students in employment
In the context of a growing number of college graduates and an increasingly challenging job market,college graduates are facing unprecedented employment pressure,resulting in significant psychological distress.This paper explores the employment psychological distress faced by college graduates,including arranged psychology,herd mentality,and negative psychology towards employment.By delving into the societal,institutional,and individual factors contributing to these challenges,this paper proposes strategies for individual psychological adjustment.These strategies include appropriate self-positioning and establishing correct career values;fostering entrepreneurial awareness to become dynamic and trendy college students;adjusting one's mindset towards employment to improve adaptability and psychological resilience.Furthermore,successful adjustment is contingent upon external conditions for successful adjustment are proposed.On the one hand,society must advance employment policies and improve the job market,as well as strengthen entrepreneurship mechanisms to bolster students'confidence in starting their own ventures.On the other hand,educational institutions should promote ideological education to nurture appropriate employment values and strengthen social practice activities to explore practical education models.
