Innovative research on the training model of Fintech talents in the interdisciplinary context
Based on the interdisciplinary nature of financial technology talent demand,and with textual analysis method,this study provides an in-depth analysis of the interdisciplinary financial technology talent training model in Chinese universities from aspects such as professional settings,curriculum settings,training programs and the matching degree with job capability requirements.It offers innovative suggestions for enhancing the interdisciplinary financial talent model,including strengthening the exemplary role of leading universities,optimizing curriculum settings according to the core jobs in financial technology,carrying out school-enterprise cooperation around emerging financial technology business needs and promoting an industry mentor system to ensure the alignment of talent training with market demands.
