On the construction of civil engineering top-notch innovative talents training mode of"one core and four wings"in local universities with industry characteristics—A case study of Hebei College of Architecture
The pursuit of self-reliance in science and technology,the ongoing transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and the high-quality development of colleges and universities necessitate an increasing focus on the training of top-notch innovative talents in civil engineering.Faced with the practical difficulties in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in civil engineering in local universities with industry characteristics and based on the characteristics of civil engineering in Hebei University of Architecture,this paper constructs the training mode of top-notch innovative talents with"one core and four wings",and innovates the basic ideas of cultivating top-notch innovative talents from the aspects of teaching staff construction,curriculum system design and teaching method reform,and explores the practical path with engineering management as an example.The results indicate that by strengthening the construction of grassroots teaching organizations,promoting industry-university-research cooperation,reconstructing curriculum systems,and reforming teaching methods,it is possible to develop high-level application-oriented engineering management innovative talents with"solid foundation,broad vision,strong practical skills,and emphatic innovation",and provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in other civil engineering disciplines within local universities with industry characteristics.
