基于扎根理论的女性创业型领导多维模型构建

通过对 12 位女性创业型领导的深度访谈,结合企业年报、宣传册、会议纪要、报表等二手资料,采用扎根理论抽样方法对19.7 万字案例资料进行编码分析,构建了女性创业型领导的结构模型,模型包含6 个维度:变革规划、危机应对、维护关系、鼓励创新、身份认同、共同成长.分析结果表明,维护关系、身份认同、共同成长等三个维度凸显了女性创业型领导者的独特性.研究还发现,女性创业型领导擅长将危机转化为机遇,凭借沟通优势整合资源,寻求新的发展机会,并表现出坚韧果敢等特质.尽管在不同身份认同策略下,女性创业型领导者的领导行为存在差异,但均表现出追求自我价值实现的创业动机.此外,家庭因素是女性在创业过程中普遍需要考虑的因素.
Multi-dimensional construction of female entrepreneurial leadership model from the perspective of Grounded Theory
With 12 female entrepreneurial leaders as the research object,through the coding analysis of the classical Grounded Theory for 197 000 words of case data collected by in-depth interviews,the company's annual report,brochures,minutes of meeting,reports and other second-hand data,it builds the structure model of female entrepreneurial leadership,which contains six dimensions:change planning,crisis response,maintenance relationship,encouraging innovation,identity,common growth.Based on the analysis,it finds out that female entrepreneurial leaders are good at transforming the crises into opportunity,using their strong communication ability to establish strategic alliance relations with partners and peers,fully integrating the existing resources to seek new development opportunities,and showing outstanding tenacity and courage.The female entrepreneurial leaders under different identity strategies have different leadership behaviors,they uniformly display a similar entrepreneur drive pursuing self-value realization,and the family factors are the common factors to be considered in the process of female entrepreneurship.
