A study on the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education quality in local universities based on grounded theory
With the rapid development of globalization and the knowledge economy,innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities have become key driving forces of national competitiveness and personal career development.Local universities and colleges as an important support for regional economic development and a major base for talent incubation,their education quality of innovation and entrepreneurship directly influences the fostering of students'innovative abilities and entrepreneurial awareness.This paper adopts a student perspective and utilizes grounded theory research methods to systematically explore the multidimensional factors affecting the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities through in-depth interviews to collect firsthand data.It finds that the core elements affecting the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities and colleges include student-related factors,educational content and teaching methods,professional competency of the teaching team,and educational environment.Based on these findings,it proposes practical suggestions such as precisely meeting students'needs for learning innovation and entrepreneurship,continuously optimizing educational content and teaching methods,comprehensively enhancing the overall quality of teachers,and actively creating a favorable educational environment,so as to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities and colleges.
