Practical exploration and research on the construction of accounting specialty training base in colleges and universities—Taking the Finance Department of Qingdao University of Technology as an example
Taking the finance department of colleges and universities as the training base of accounting major is an important measure to deepen the integration of industry and education,improve the quality of practical training and the service level of the finance department.At the same time,it can solve the problems of poor off-campus training for students majoring in accounting.Based on the practical difficulties faced by the construction of the accounting professional training base in the financial department of universities,Qingdao University of Technology has combined the needs of accounting professional training teaching and the business situation of the finance department to construct a training model consisting of one concept,two grasping points,three centers,and four processes.It comprehensively promotes the construction of the accounting practical training teaching base in the finance department through teacher training,curriculum design,teaching plan,and assessment evaluation,and has achieved significant effects.
