立德树人视域下高校清新学风建设
Research on the construction of fresh academic style in colleges and universities from the perspective of establishing morality and cultivating talents
摘要
立德树人是高等教育的根本任务与核心纲领.清新学风建设既是实现立德树人目标的重要途径,也是立德树人理念的良性实践.当前,高校清新学风建设存在学生主体性消解、教师教学与科研价值割裂、教务管理刚性约束与柔性引导脱节、顶层设计与基层实践的结构性矛盾等问题.高校必须在全面理解清新学风建设的内涵、把握其重要性的基础上,推进教育本质回归与主体性重构,重构数字技术中介下的教育价值,构建"智能+人文"的治理模式,以系统思维完善治理范式,以期实现育人质量的系统性跃迁.
Abstract
Establishing morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task and core program of higher education.The construction of fresh academic style is not only an important way to realize the goal of establishing morality and cultivating talents,but also a benign practice of the concept of establishing morality and cultivating talents.At present,the construction of fresh academic style in colleges and universities is characterized by the dissolution of the student's subjectivity,the fragmentation of the value of teachers'teaching and scientific research,the disconnection between the rigid constraints of academic management and the flexible guidance,and the structural contradiction between the top-level design and grass-roots practice.Colleges and universities must promote the two-way movement of returning to the essence of education and reconstructing subjectivity on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of the construction of a fresh academic style and the importance of it,reconstructing the value of education mediated by digital technology,constructing a governance model of"intelligence+humanism",and perfecting the governance paradigm with a systematic mindset,in order to realize the systematic leap in the quality of educating people.
