To screen out the optimum combination of insecticides to control the adult Basilepta melanopus Lefevre and to evaluate their application effect in the field,the co-toxicity coefficients of celangulin and metarrhizium anisopliae using their mixtures in various mix ratios against the adult Basilepta melanopus Lefevre were invesigated by contact and ingestion methods. The co-toxicity coefficients of celangulin and metarrhizium anisopliae at the ratios of 3:2,4:1 and 7:3 against the Basilepta melanopus Lefevre were 178.10、160.42 and 134.74,respectively.It showed that the synergistic effect of the mixture was significant.Based on comprehensive efficacy and cost factor,the ratio of 4:1 was selected for field experiment.The results showed that the efficacy of mixed pesticide were 73.98％ and 81 .87％ at 3 d and 7 d,which higher than the individual use of the two insecticides.
