摘要
儿茶素类具有多种保健功效和多种营养价值,因此被运用到食品加工、医药保健领域、日化美妆等行业.本研究通过选取2000-2023年中国知网CNKI数据库中关于茶叶儿茶素类的文献进行分析,通过创建知识图谱进行研究热点、研究代表性作者、主要发文机构、发文年份等分析,找出当前研究的热点趋势.通过探讨茶叶儿茶素类的研究动态、热点及结论,为深入了解茶叶儿茶素类的研究现状及应用提供一定借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Catechins have a variety of health care benefits and nutritional values,and so it is widely used in food processing,medicine and health care,cosmetics and other industries.This review searches published literature on tea catechins studies in CNKI database from 2000 to 2023 for analysis,to find out the hot issues of current research by creating a Knowledge graph for analyzing research hotspots,representative authors,main publishing institutions,and publishing years.By discussing the research trends,hotspots and conclusions of tea catechins,it can provide some reference for further understanding the research status and application of tea catechins.
