In order to replace the reciprocating tea-picking machine,the only way is to update the basic technology thoroughly and use the mature technology of disc cutting and new energy.Set the disc cutter head horizontally,and then combine several cutter head heads in parallel in the same tooth bottom plate to form a whole,so that the picking amplitude can be extended and the mechanical structure can be designed to be symmetrical,has met the needs of different tea areas and tea picking machine design.The combined electric tea-picking machine can not only solve the technical shortcomings,but also help to improve the operation skills and the quality of fresh leaves.It is considered that if reciprocating cutting is the starting point of mechanized tea picking,then the disc level cutting will be the inflection point of electrification and automation.
