摘要

中国茉莉花的栽培历史悠久,茉莉花与茶的结合,不仅体现了植物与饮品的完美融合,更彰显了中国传统文化的独特魅力.本研究利用中国基本古籍库,通过细致检索"茉莉""末利""末麗"等关键词,深入分析了这些包含词汇的文本内容.通过这一过程,对茉莉花茶的发展历程进行了系统地梳理,并揭示了其在历史长河中的演变轨迹.在对茉莉花茶发展历史的梳理中,本研究发现,古代科技文献不仅详尽记录了茉莉花茶的制作工艺,更对当代茉莉花茶的创新制作技艺和文化内涵的建构具有重要的现实意义.可以为茉莉花茶的传承与发展注入新的活力.

Abstract

The cultivation history of jasmine in China is extensive,and the combination of jasmine and tea not only exemplifies the seamless integration of botanicals and beverages but also epitomizes the distinctive allure of traditional Chinese culture.By conducting a comprehensive textual analysis of keywords such as"jasmine,"this study systematically examined the historical development of jasmine tea,unveiling its evolutionary trajectory throughout different time periods.In the process of examining the developmental history of jasmine tea,this study has discovered that ancient scientific documents not only meticulously documented the production process of jasmine tea but also possess significant practical implications for modern innovative production techniques and cultural connotations associated with jasmine tea.This can infuse fresh vitality into the preservation and advancement of jasmine tea.
