Design for Control Valve of High-pressure Common Rail Injector
For the much return fuel and slow response problems of large flow and high speed high-pressure common rail injec-tor ,a control valve with slide valve structure was designed .Through the simulation and calculation ,the influence of key pa-rameters for control valve on injection performance was analyzed and the slide valve structure was researched .The test verified that the addition of slide valve structure had great effect on improving injection response and return fuel amount .The design optimized the injector performance and improved the efficiency of fuel supply system .
