地面无人平台用柴电混合动力装置噪声源识别与降噪研究

针对某柴电混合动力装置作为高机动地面无人平台动力的低噪声目标特征需求,开展了柴电混合动力装置噪声源识别与降噪研究。通过传声器直采测试,获取了原始状态噪声水平与各辐射面基本对比;进一步通过基于声波波束成形原理的非规则声阵列测试,完成了主要辐射面的噪声源识别与高贡献位置定位;在此基础上,通过声源包覆遮挡、复合涂层喷涂等降噪措施,最终实现了柴电混合动力装置表面声压级下降 2。8~3。0 dB、声压下降27%~29%、声功率下降 48%~50%的实际效果,证明了所述的噪声源识别方法与降噪措施的有效性。
Noise Source Recognition and Noise Reduction of Diesel-Electric Hybrid Power Unit for Unmanned Ground Platform
For the low noise target feature of diesel-electric hybrid power unit which was used as the power of high mobility ground unmanned platform,the research on noise source recognition and noise reduction was carried out.The noise level of original state and the basic contrast of each radiation plane were acquired by direct sampling test of microphones,and the noise source recognition and high-contribution location of main radiation plane was obtained by irregular acoustic array test based on the principle of beam-forming.The actual effect of surface sound pressure level reduced by 2.8-3.0 dB,the corresponding sound pressure reduced by 27%-29%and sound power reduced by 48%-50%based on the measures such as covering the noise source,spraying the noise source reduction coating and so on.Finally,the effectiveness of noise recognition method and noise reduction measure was verified.
