高原环境下轻型汽油车NH3和PN排放特性研究

选取 10 辆国六 b阶段排放标准的不同动力类型轻型汽油车(插电式混合动力和传统单一汽油发动机),在昆明海拔 1 914m的高原轻型整车环境模拟排放实验室开展常温和低温环境下WLTC循环排放测试,研究分析高原环境下轻型汽油车 NH3 和PN(PN10 和PN23)排放特性及影响因素。结果发现,尾气经 TWC 后 NH3 排放大幅增加,高原环境下国六 b 阶段不同类型轻型汽油车排放因子达到 21。80~485。10 mg/km,显著高于《大气氨源排放清单编制技术指南》中轻型汽油车氨排放因子 26 mg/km。插电式混合动力和传统汽油发动机的轻型汽油车NH3 排放主要集中在低速段和中速段,低温环境下 NH3 排放更高。与 PN23 排放相比,插电式混合动力汽车和传统动力轻型汽油车PN10 排放分别增加 21。11%~50。21%和 12。00%~38。47%。低温环境下 PN10 和 PN23 排放速率峰值分别为 6。12×1011 个/s和 5。28×1011 个/s,高出常温环境下相应PN排放速率约 2 个数量级。
NH3 and PN Emission Characteristics of Light-Duty Gasoline Vehicles in Plateau Environment
Ten light-duty gasoline vehicles meeting China Ⅵ phase b emission standards with different power types(plug-in hybrid and conventional gasoline engine)were selected to carry out WLTC cycle emission tests under normal and low tempera-ture conditions in the light-duty vehicle environment-simulated emission laboratory at an altitude of 1 914 m in Kunming.The emission characteristics and influencing factors of NH3 and PN(PN10 and PN23)from light-duty gasoline vehicles were studied in plateau environment.The results showed that the NH3 emission of exhaust gas increased significantly after TWC,and the e-mission factor for different types of China Ⅵ phase b light-duty gasoline vehicles under plateau environment reached 21.80-485.10 mg/km,which was significantly higher than the 26 mg/km NH3 emission factor of light-duty gasoline vehicles as stated in the Technical Guideline for Preparing the Ammonia Emission Inventory.The NH3 emission of light-duty gasoline vehicles with plug-in hybrid and conventional gasoline engines is mainly concentrated in the low speed and medium speed segments,and the NH3 emission was higher in low temperature environment.Compared with PN23 emission,PN10 emission of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and conventional power light-duty gasoline vehicles increased by 21.11%-50.21%and 12.00%-38.47%respec-tively.At low temperature,the peak emission rates of PN10 and PN23 were 6.12×1011#/s and 5.28×1011#/s,which were a-bout 2 orders of magnitude higher than the corresponding PN emission rates at normal temperature.
