摘要

以某大功率变速箱单级行星齿轮系为研究对象,采用KISSsoft软件进行齿轮修形设计.在修形后太阳轮和行星轮的齿面安全系数和齿根安全系数都得到提高,轮系啮合传动的重合度和胶合安全系数也有相应的增加,修形方案改善了齿轮在啮合过程中的齿面点蚀、胶合现象,提高了啮合过程中的安全性和稳定性.采用ANSYS Workbench与Hypermesh软件联合仿真结果表明:行星齿轮系的应力主要分布于太阳轮啮合时的齿根处、内齿圈啮合时的齿根处和行星轮啮合时的齿根处,最大等效应力为338.84 MPa,小于材料的许用应力,修行后的设计方案合理.

Abstract

To study the single-stage planetary gear train of large power gearbox,KISSsoft software was applied to gear modification design. The tooth surface safety factor and tooth root safety factor of the sun gear and planetary gear was improved after modification. The overlap and bonding safety factor of the meshing transmission of the gear train was also been correspondingly increased. The modification plan improved the tooth surface pitting and bonding phenomenon of the gear during meshing,and enhanced the safety and stability of the meshing process. The joint simulation results of ANSYS Workbench and Hypermesh software show that:The stress of the planetary gear train is mainly distributed at the tooth root during the meshing of the sun gear,the tooth root during the meshing of the inner ring gear,and the tooth root during the meshing of the planetary gear;The maximum equivalent stress is 338.84 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress of the material;The revised design scheme is reasonable.
