ABAQUS software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature field,stress field and maximum equivalent alternating strain range of high temperature gas butterfly valve under different working conditions,the creep and fatigue damage of the closed/open model in Mode 1 and Mode 2 was calculated and superimposed,and the fatigue life was checked. The results shows that when the linear cumulative damage of the valve body,valve seat and valve disc in a given sequence of operating conditions is less than the norm valve,the valve can meet the requirements.
