Based on the three-dimensional computational analysis method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD),the intake uniformity of the A/B rows of intake pipes in a V-type high-speed engine was studied.Four kinds of intake pipes with different structures were designed and uniformity simulation analysis was conducted. The results show that:Using parallel intaking, the velocity uniformity of A/B rows gradually increases with the decrease of load;Using top-down intaking, the uniformity of velocity in row A gradually increases; However, due to the influence of the rotational flow of gas inside the pipe, the uniformity in row B decreases first and then increases; The uniformity of circular three-way cavity is better than that of flat cavity; The installation of parallel intaking deflectors can have adverse effects on the uniformity of intaking. The optimal solution varies under different operating conditions, and the optimal intake pipe structure should be selected based on each operating condition of the high-speed engine.
