摘要

为确保某新型核级电子调速控制器应用的安全可靠,对其首次应用于应急机组时的启动控制方法开展研究.建立半实物仿真平台作为验证工具,并通过真实试验数据和柴油机参数建立柴油机模型,保证半实物仿真平台与实际柴油机的性能指标相接近.调整新型核级电子调速控制器的启动控制策略与现产品电子调速控制器一致.将新型核级电子调速控制器的启动功能在半实物仿真平台上验证,确保半实物仿真试验启动试验数据与原应急机组启动试验数据接近.在应急柴油机上进行启动功能试验,实机试验结果表明启动性能满足应急柴油机组要求,实机启动试验数据与半实物仿真试验数据基本一致.

Abstract

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the application of a new type of nuclear grade electronic speed controller,research was carried out on the start-up control method when it was first applied to emergency gensets. The semi-physical simulation platform was established as the verification tool,and the diesel engine model was established by the real test data and diesel engine parameters to ensure that the performance index of the semi-physical simulation platform is close to that of the actual diesel engine. The starting control strategy of the new nuclear grade electronic speed controller was adjusted to be consistent with that of the existing electronic speed controller. The starting function of the new nuclear grade electronic speed controller was verified on the semi-physical simulation platform to ensure that the starting test data of the semi-physical simulation test was close to that of the original emergency gensets. The starting function test was carried out on the emergency diesel engine. The real engine test results show that the starting performance meets the requirements of the emergency diesel gensets,and the real engine starting test data is basically consistent with the semi-physical simulation test data.
