柴油含硫量对国六重型柴油机排放的影响

基于某款国六重型柴油机,搭载全流发动机台架,分别采用3种不同典型硫含量的柴油,对比世界统一瞬态循环(WHTC)下NOx、HC和CO排放的差异.结果表明:随着柴油含硫量的升高,NOx排放量也会显著升高,但HC、CO的排放量一直维持在较低水平,无明显变化.
Effect of diesel sulfur content on the emission of China Ⅵ heavy diesel engine
Based on a China Ⅵ heavy-duty diesel engine equipped with a full-flow engine plat-form,three kinds of diesel with different typical sulfur contents were burned respectively,and the differ-ences of NOx,HC and CO emissions under the world uniform transient cycle(WHTC)were compared.The results show that with the increase of diesel sulfur content,NOx emission will also increase signifi-cantly,but HC and CO emissions have been maintained at a low level without significant change.
