Noise reduction optimization design of 3Z1.1 diesel engine exhaust system
In order to reduce the exhaust noise of 3Z1.1 diesel engine,a new impedance compound muffler was designed based on a thorough analysis of the exhaust noise spectrum characteristics of the die-sel engine,and a small hole injection noise reduction structure was added on this basis.Results show that this type of muffler has a good noise reduction effect in a wide frequency range,with a decrease of 29.8 dB in overall noise,which meets the expected requirements.
