Analysis of SCR mixer corrosion issues in the post-treatment system of E2.8 National Ⅳ engines
Post-processing system of the engine is one of the important parts of the vehicle. By analyzing the actual case of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) mixer corrosion in the post-processing of light truck vehicles, combined with the working principle, structural characteristics, and design requirements of the E2.8 National Ⅳ engine post-processing system, the root cause of SCR mixer corrosion in the post-processing was identified, reasonable measures were formulated, and improvements and optimizations were carried out to fundamentally solve the problems of gas leakage and emission pollution caused by corrosion.
