Research on engine fault diagnosis technology based on exhaust gas analysis
The generation mechanism of exhaust emissions,the detection principle of exhaust gas analyzers,and the influence of engine technical conditions on the composition of automotive exhaust gas were introduced.The engine fault diagnosis technology based on exhaust gas analysis was explored.De-tect and analyze the components of engine exhaust emissions,combined with sensor technology and data processing methods,analyze the reasons for abnormal exhaust components,and achieve real-time moni-toring and fault diagnosis of engine operation status based on exhaust components.Research results can provide reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of engine fault diagnosis,ensuring car safety,protecting the environment,and enhancing user experience.
