柴油机配增程器的正面吊机械后处理温度管理研究

针对柴油机配增程器在港口正面吊机械中的应用,进行后处理的温度管理研究,并对正面吊机械的运行工况进行标定优化.结果表明:怠速的高低对驻车再生和行车再生的温度管理都非常关键,1 200 r/min怠速下的碳氢化合物(HC)排放质量分数比750 r/min行车再生时下降2×10-3,在驻车再生过程中温度提升快5 K/s,且驻车再生的第一阶段时间缩短了30%;由于充电时间短,将原来的1 200 s行车再生时间分成了3段400 s过程,在不影响客户的驾驶体验的同时,可确保再生过程和增程器充电过程的协调.
Research on temperature management of range extender for off-road diesel engines after frontal lifting
Based on the research on the temperature management of the diesel engine with the range extender in the post-processing of the port front crane,the calibration optimization was carried out for the operating conditions of the front crane.The results show that the idle speed is very important for the tem-perature management of parking regeneration and driving regeneration.The HC emission at 1 200 r/min idle speed is 2×10-3 lower than that at 750 r/min during driving regeneration.The temperature is in-creased by 5 K/s during the parking regeneration process,and the first stage time of parking regeneration is shortened by 30%.Due to the short charging time,the original 1 200 s of the driving regeneration time is divided into three 400 s processes,which ensures the coordination of the regeneration process and the range extender charging process without affecting the customer's driving experience.
