柴油机装配工艺BOM重构技术研究

装配工艺的数字化转型是柴油机制造业信息化、智能化发展的核心,而柴油机装配工艺物料清单(BOM)重构技术研究是其基础与重点.结合未来智能制造的实际需求,分析了装配工艺信息数据的关联关系,厘清了装配工艺BOM重构的关键要素,总结归纳了基于规则、计算机辅助设计(CAD)、产品生命周期管理(PLM)和数据驱动4种装配工艺BOM重构的方法及其应用现状,指出了装配工艺BOM重构方法的发展方向和亟须解决的关键问题.研究结果可为柴油机装配工艺数字化的深入研究与落地应用提供借鉴.
Research on BOM reconstruction technology for diesel engine assembly process
Assembly process plays a key role in the digital transformation of the diesel engine manu-facturing industry,which is foundational to its informatization and intelligent development.The research on the reconstruction technology of assembly process bill of materials(BOM)is the basis and focus.Con-sidering the practical needs of future intelligent manufacturing,the relational data of assembly process in-formation were analyzed to clarify the key elements of BOM reconstruction for assembly processes.The re-search and application status of four BOM reconstruction methods were summarized and categorized,bas-ing on rules,computer aided design(CAD),product lifecycle management(PLM),and data-driven ap-proaches.The development directions and critical issues that need to be addressed in the methods of as-sembly process BOM reconstruction were highlighted,aiming to provide a reference for in-depth research and practical application of the digitalization of diesel engine assembly processes.
