新型柴油发动机整机噪声控制研究

某新型6缸柴油发动机噪声大,且存在异响源,影响整机声品质.为降低整机噪声并找出异响源,采用屏蔽法及噪声数据分析进行噪声源识别,识别出主要噪声源所属的零部件包括进气歧管、皮带轮、缸盖罩壳、油底壳及齿轮系等.针对这些零部件实施优化设计,优化后发动机整机噪声明显下降,异响彻底消除,整机声品质得到明显提高.
Research on the noise control of a new diesel engine
A newly developed 6-cylinder diesel engine has high noise and abnormal noise sources,which affects the overall sound quality of the engine.In order to reduce the noise of the whole machine and identify the source of abnormal noise,noise source identification is carried out through shielding method and noise data analysis.The components to which the main noise sources belong,including the intake manifold,pulley,cylinder head cover,oil pan,and gear train,have been identified.Optimiza-tion design was implemented for these components,and after optimization,the overall noise of the engine was significantly reduced,the abnormal noise was completely eliminated,and the overall sound quality was significantly improved.
