Primary Report on Trial Planting of Three Tea Improved Varieties in Fuqing
Tea yield in 2011 and tea quality in 2010 and 2011 were all evaluated. The results showed that the yields of Zimudan, Jinmudan and Jinguanyin in spring were 3688.89 kg/hm^2, 3146.67 kg/hm^2 and 3755.56 kg/hm^2 respectively. The made tea also showed good quality, which scored more than 94 for Oolong tea and 95 for black tea by sensory evaluation.
