摘要

擂茶是一种古老的食茶习俗,在湖南益阳安化、益阳桃江、常德桃花源等地源远流长.本文从文化记忆理论视角考察湖南地区擂茶民俗记忆被精简、保存、演变和重构的过程,通过首要组织形式、构建回忆场景、融汇于新茶饮、弘扬文化记忆过程来展现湖南擂茶民俗文化记忆的复合性、开放性、融通性和延续性,以期为湖南擂茶文化的传承与发展提供新思路和新视野.

Abstract

Mashed-tea products are a unique food with a long history in China.It is particularly popular in Anhua,Taojiang,Taohuayuan,and some other localities in Hunan Province.From the perspective of cultural memory,this article discusses the evolution,preservation,and innovative recreation relating to the exceptional product of folklore.Furthermore,through systematic recounting the intriguing inheritance,the complex,open,inclusive culture surrounding the Hunan mashed-tea products was unveiled to facilitate future creation of new items that would carry forward the tradition with new horizons.
