By analyzing the origin and development,color concept,theme type,technology and composition characteristics of paper-cut in western Henan,this paper demonstrates the artistic characteristics of paper-cut in western Henan with"creating form"and"creating style"as the main starting points.Further analyze the application status of western Henan paper-cut in fashion design,and explore the ways of innovative integration of western Henan paper-cut and modern fashion design in combination with relevant design cases in the fashion industry.
