麻将作为中国传统的娱乐用具,除具休闲、益智的趣味性之外,兼具重要的社会功能、文化功能和审美价值.通过追溯麻将的起源、发展与变迁,深入挖掘其牌面构成、图案意趣、字体运用、色彩特征,进而结合中国34个省份、自治区、直辖市的代表性物像、地标、语言等典型元素,进行麻将视觉符号的再设计,力图构建更具时代美感和地域文化价值的麻将用具,为中国传统文化的推广及地域文化的传播提供新视角.
Abstract
Mahjong,as a traditional entertainment tool in China,not only has recreational and intellectual interests,but also has important social,cultural,and aesthetic values. By tracing the origin,development,and changes of mahjong,we delve into its composition,pattern interest,font usage,and color characteristics. Then,we combine representative objects,landmarks,language,and other typical elements from 34 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities directly under the central government in China to redesign the visual symbols of mahjong. We strive to construct mahjong tools that are more aesthetically pleasing to the times and have regional cultural value,providing a new perspective for the promotion of traditional Chinese culture and the dissemination of regional culture.
