Does Dynamic Cover Paper Help Enhance the Academic Influence of Journals——Empirical Research Based on SusMat Journal
[Purpose]To study the impact of dynamic cover papers and non cover papers on the academic influence of SusMat journal.[Method]An empirical study was conducted on 18 dynamic cover papers (including back covers) and 103 non cover papers published in 15 issues of SusMat journal from 2021 to 2023.[Result]The dynamic cover papers in each issue are generally significantly higher in terms of download/view volume and citation frequency compared to non cover papers.[Conclusion]Dynamic cover papers can help enhance the academic influence of journals.
