摘要
森林康养是通过在森林环境中的休闲活动对人的身心进行疗愈.本文梳理国内外森林康养研究的主流观点和成果,采用VOSviewer对web of science和CNKI数据库相关文献进行可视化分析,通过文献检索,归纳总结森林康养对人类身心健康的研究重点.目前,国际上对于森林康养的研究主要集中于森林对人体的效益研究,国内的研究多集中于森林康养产业发展上,对人体效益的探索仍需进一步研究.
Abstract
Forest therapy is to heal people's body and mind through leisure activities in forest environment. By combing the mainstream viewpoints and achievements of forest therapy research at home and abroad,this paper uses VOSviewer to make a visual analysis of relevant literature in web of science and CNKI database,through literature review,summarize the key research areas on the impact of forest therapy on human physical and mental health. At present,the international research on forest therapy mainly focuses on the benefit of forest to human body. Domestic research focuses on the development of forest therapy industry,but the human benefit research is still insufficient.
