Research on the Cultivation of Intangible Cultural Heritage Talents from the Perspective of New Productivity
The rise of new quality productivity has provided broad space for the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage,while also placing higher expectations on the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage talents.Through literature research,this article elaborates and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,its impact on the field of intangible cultural heritage,and the main problems in cultivating intangible cultural heritage talents.Six strategies for current intangible cultural heritage talent education have been proposed based on theory and practice.The integration of new quality productivity and intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for optimizing the cultivation,protection,inheritance,and development of intangible cultural heritage talents,and helps promote the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage.
