Exploration of Human Resource Construction Strategies for Future Learning Centers in Art Vocational College Libraries
Based on the perspective of human resource construction,this paper discusses the human resource allocation strategies for the transformation of art vocational college libraries into future learning centers under the background of the new requirements of vocational education reform,the new trend of the development of future learning centers,the transformation of art cultural and creative industries and technological changes.This paper summarizes the current situation of literature research on the future learning center construction,and analyzes the inevitability and existing problems of the human resource construction reform of art vocational college libraries.In order to meet the needs of human resource construction of future learning centers,this paper expounds the strategies about human resource allocation of future learning centers of libraries from the aspects of human resource planning,recruitment and selection,training and development,evaluation and incentive,etc.,so as to ensure that future learning centers of libraries can better adapt to the rapidly changing environment and technological development trends,and meet the personalized and diversified needs of art teachers and students for teaching and research resource service.
