摘要

茯砖茶通过抑制脂质合成的降脂作用已在多项研究中报道,而关于其调控脂质分解代谢的研究还较少.以秀丽隐杆线虫为模式生物,通过脂质染色、突变体、RNA干扰和qPCR检测分析茯砖茶水提物对秀丽隐杆线虫脂质分解代谢的调控作用及其机制.研究发现,茯砖茶水提物能够通过上调核激素受体nhr-49 和顺乌头酸酶aco-1 的基因表达提高脂肪酸β氧化和三羧酸循环,促进脂质氧化分解,从而减少秀丽隐杆线虫脂肪含量.

Abstract

The lipid-reducing effects of Fuzhuan tea by inhibiting lipid synthesis have been reported in a number of studies,there are few studies on its regulation of lipid catabolism.In this study,we used Caenorhabditis elegans as model organisms,and analyzed the function and regulatory mechanism of Fuzhuan brick tea extract(FBTE)on lipid decomposition in C.elegans via by lipid staining,mutants,RNA interference and qPCR.We found that FBTE improved the fatty acid β-oxidation and the tricarboxylic acid cycle,and promoted the lipid catabolism by upregulating the expression nhr-49 and aco-1 in C.elegans,thereby reduced the fat storage.
