In this paper,the current development status of Hunan tea industry was first analyzed.and then the evaluation index system of Hunan tea industry competitiveness was constructed from six elements based on the diamond model theory,and the entropy weight TOPSIS model was used to evaluate and compare the competitiveness of Hunan tea industry,finally,the cluster analysis method was used to make an empirical analysis of the competitiveness of the tea industry in 16 provinces and cities in China.Based on this,targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to enhance the competitiveness of Hunan tea industry.
